To get in contact with me about booking a first-time appointment, please complete the form below. If there is availability for new clients, I will contact you for a consultation. If I am not accepting new clients at the time, I will use this information here to contact you and either put you on my waiting list, or find a well-suited professional that I trust to refer you to.
The current rate is $200/hr. I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a super bill to you that can be submitted to your insurance provider for partial reimbursement.
